Hebbian Law theory discovered by Donald Hebb in his 1949 (Hebbs LawI is a neuroscientific theory that states , ‘Neurons that fire together, Wire Together.

However on a negative side to this theory, ‘Neurons that fire apart, wire apart.

Meaning that if you do not use it, you’ll lose it!

This embeds the idea of ‘Neurons that fire together, wire together’ increase in synaptic efficacy arises from a presynaptic cell’s repeated and persistent stimulation of a postsynaptic cell. The theory explains synaptic neuroplasticity, the adaptation of brain neurons during the learning process.
