When exposed to cold temperatures or stress, the small blood vessels in the extremities constrict excessively, leading to pain, numbness, tingling, colour changes, and functional limitations.

Without meaningful consultation, real investment, and a focus on dignity and independence, the government may not be reforming welfare, but dismantling it.
