Mental Health can be anything from anxiety, and depression to more complex mental health disorders. We all need to stand united and support people wherein a lot of cases the disorders are not immediately visible. Not everyone is diagnosed as having a mental health disorder.
Be a good listener to anyone that needs help and wants to talk. Point them in the right direction to get counseling by a professional.
