Unveiling Ambitious Business & Social Impact Plan Ahead of 2026 Incorporation
Building Sustainable Growth Through Strategic Investment and Partnerships
Cardiff, Wales – [17.12.25]
UK Website Designers Group, founded by Renata Maziak-Barnes, has formally unveiled its Business Plan 2025–2028, setting out a bold and structured vision to build a multi-departmental commercial group alongside a charitable and social-impact ecosystem designed to support entrepreneurs, startups, and underrepresented communities.
Operating legally as Renata Maziak-Barnes T/A UK Website Designers, the Group currently functions as a sole-trader umbrella organisation, with a planned transition to UK Website Designers Group Ltd in April 2026, subject to securing investment and strategic partnerships.
The plan outlines the development of several interconnected divisions:
- Cymru Marketing (cymrumarketing.com): a Welsh-based consultancy and intelligence platform inspired by Forbes and McKinsey & Company, offering strategic marketing, research, directories, and advisory services to SMEs and startups.
- Disabled Entrepreneur (disabledentrepreneur.uk): to be established as a foundation, supporting disabled founders through advocacy, education, mentoring, and access to opportunity.
- Disability UK (disabilityuk.co.uk – disabilityuk.org): to be registered as a charity, creating measurable social impact while offering ESG-aligned opportunities for investors and corporate partners.
The Group also plans to introduce:
The Group also plans to introduce several key divisions and strategic partnerships, including:
- The Law & Human Rights Department delivered either through in-house legal expertise or formal partnerships with established law firms, with a focus on employment law, family law, disability discrimination, and human rights advocacy.
- Banking and Funding Referral Partnerships, enabling vetted start-ups to access introductions to ethical lenders and reputable financial institutions, supporting sustainable and responsible business growth.
- A Publishing & Media Division, including the launch of a monthly Business & Health periodical, designed to inform, educate, and inspire individuals navigating entrepreneurship, disability, and modern working life.
- An E-Commerce Merchandise Platform, including branded products such as “Mr Tibbles” merchandise, aimed at engaging younger audiences while supporting the Group’s wider mission.
- A Children’s Book Series addressing essential life topics not consistently taught in schools, including financial literacy, entrepreneurship, bullying awareness, self-confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being, tailored across multiple age groups.
A central pillar supporting the Group’s long-term strategy is its premium domain portfolio, spanning sectors including marketing, law, banking, research, AI innovation, venture investment, employment support, and social advocacy. The estimated value of the portfolio will be disclosed upon request within the full business plan.
At its core, the Group’s mission is rooted in empowerment and inclusion, supporting disabled people, the long-term unemployed, carers, and individuals facing disadvantage to regain confidence, develop skills, and pursue meaningful independence. This includes enabling people to start a business, return to education through the Open University or bricks and mortar Universities, or learn a new skill to improve employability and long-term financial stability. The Group also supports those studying part-time, recognising that part-time work alongside part-time study can provide both structure and progression towards employment or self-employment.
To remove barriers and create real opportunities, the Group aims to offer an innovative start-up support package, including the option to fund a first-year start-up programme at no cost, providing essential foundations such as website design, SEO, digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce setup.
The ambition is simple: to help people move from surviving to thriving, building a purpose, developing independence, and creating a future where they can become their own boss, contribute to society, and reclaim control over their lives.
Speaking on the launch of the plan, founder Renata Maziak-Barnes said:
“This is not about doing everything at once. It is about building carefully, ethically, and sustainably. Each step is designed to be secured before the next begins: commercially, legally, and financially. The goal is to create something that lasts and genuinely helps people.”
The Business Plan emphasises measured growth, recognising the importance of balancing ambition with realism, particularly while the founder continues legal studies and prepares the organisation for incorporation and charitable registration.
